Shipping policy
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order will be ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order gets shipped.
The Xclusive Beauty cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier, once the order goes out to the courier, the process is completely out of our hands. We work with DHL/SDA and have an extremely high success rate of deliveries within 2-5 business days and even earlier.
